A. What we have discovered is an 18pt tune-up inspection will most likely solve your noise issue. We will make adjustments to solve the problem causing the noise.

8. MY DOOR OPENS TOO SLOWLY

A. You might have a broken spring
B. Your opener might be dry and should be lubed, or your door is not properly balanced.

9. I CAN SEE DAYLIGHT UNDER THE DOOR

A. The weather seal on the door may need to be replaced.
B. Sometimes we can install a larger weather seal, depending on which brand door you have.

10. HOW LONG DOES AN OPENER LAST?

We have learned through experience it depends on the model and how well it has been maintained. Typically they last 5-15 years.
