11. DOOR WILL NOT CLOSE AT CERTAIN TIME OF DAY

You might have a photo sensor being blocked by sunlight. We will probably have to swap the sending and receiving eye.

12. THE WALL BUTTON WORKS, BUT THE REMOTES DON'T

A. Have you checked your wall button lock (if you have one) if yes, try B
B. Did both of remotes stop working? If Yes. You might have a bad receiver. If No. Check the batteries in your remotes.

13. I CHANGED THE BATTERY AND NOW NOTHING WORKS

You will have to reprogram your remote.

14. THE ARM DETACHED FROM DOOR

A bolt has probably come loose or the door arm has pulled away from the door itself.

15. MY DOOR SHAKES AND WOBBLES

Your hardware might be worn out, you should have it examined.
